An annual service agreement for the Abyat Al Tamleek building in Al Hamra, Jeddah, comprising 56 hotel apartments. The scope combines monthly common-area cleaning and quarterly pest control with on-demand maintenance for the building and apartments, subject to the approved scope of work.
