Dimensions and quantities
We need length, width, height, door and window positions, service openings and roof geometry. Panels, structure and joints are measured separately; floor area alone cannot price the panels.
NACE / CONSTRUCTION / JEDDAH
Build your warehouse enclosure or cold room with insulated panels and coordinated joints. Structure, doors and floors are reviewed alongside cooling requirements for the intended use.
We review the intended use and site in Jeddah, Rabigh or Makkah before specifying panels, structure and doors. A small annex, operational warehouse and cold room have different requirements; the proposal connects drawings, quantities, materials and trade responsibilities.
We need length, width, height, door and window positions, service openings and roof geometry. Panels, structure and joints are measured separately; floor area alone cannot price the panels.
Insulation core options such as PIR, PUR or mineral wool are compared against intended use, product data and available system certification. Thickness, facing, joints and fire requirements follow technical review; a material choice alone does not establish building thermal or fire performance.
A panel system combines facing and insulation in one assembly and supports coordinated supply and installation. Actual thermal, maintenance and programme benefits depend on design, detailing, installation and site conditions.
| Use | What the proposal must define |
|---|---|
| Rooms and annexes | Layout, openings, finishes, HVAC and electrical work when included. |
| Warehouses | Loads, structure, foundations, operational movement, ventilation and safety requirements. |
| Cold rooms | Product, operating temperature, cooling load, doors, floor, vapour barrier and refrigeration system. |
Panel supply does not automatically include design, permits, foundations, refrigeration or electrical work. Responsibility and cost for each item are defined in the proposal.
Start with dimensions and, if available, a unit rate from your quotation to calculate an indicative cost. The calculator supplies no default material or installation prices.
For a rectangle: floor = length × width; walls = 2 × (length + width) × height − openings; flat roof = floor area. Pitched roofs, irregular shapes and structural requirements are outside this calculation.
Enter an allowance if needed; it is not an approved waste factor. The unit rate must match the selected scope. Results exclude tax, fees and any work outside that rate.
The proposal defines installation, panel and structural warranty coverage separately, including use, maintenance and exclusions. An insulation material name alone does not guarantee performance or fire resistance.
Payments follow agreed milestones such as material approval, supply, installation and handover. Percentages, amounts and payment conditions are written in the proposal and contract before ordering.
Timing is agreed after reviewing dimensions, specifications, panel and door availability, foundations and approved drawings. Electrical or refrigeration work is coordinated in the programme when included.
Send the Jeddah, Rabigh or Makkah location, length, width, height, intended use, openings, photographs and plans. For cold rooms, include product type and required operating temperature. Visit timing and any fee are confirmed in advance.
Only if those items are explicitly included in the proposal. Floor area differs from wall and roof panel area; openings, joints, waste, structure and each system are measured before final pricing.
The payment method available for your order is confirmed in the quotation. Instalments and financing depend on customer eligibility and provider approval; payments and any fees are shown before confirmation.
