Njoud Alamal Est. (NACE), Jeddah.

NACE brings general contracting, site development, finishing, furnishing, maintenance, operations and water services into one coordinated working system.

That breadth does not mean every project receives the same template. We assemble the disciplines needed for the site, state responsibilities in the proposal and keep the project record connected to the relevant service.

How we work.

Four decisions keep a multidisciplinary project understandable.

01

Understand the site

Use, access, existing conditions, constraints and the result the client needs.

02

Define scope & responsibility

Items, specifications, inclusions, exclusions and interfaces become visible.

03

Coordinate the trades

Site sequence and information pass between administration, supervision and technicians.

04

Inspect and close observations

The agreed scope is reviewed before handover and unresolved items stay traceable.

NACE / QHSE

Quality, health, safety and environment.

NACE maintains internal quality, health, safety and environmental policies, supported by operating procedures, inspection and documentation forms, and correspondence that defines responsibilities and follow-up.

The framework covers contracting, fit-out, maintenance, HVAC, water services and site development. Project procedures are defined around the scope, risks and client requirements.

QUALITY

Quality policy

Review client requirements and specifications, inspect materials and works, document inspection results and address nonconformities before handover.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Occupational health and safety

Assess activity risks, brief site teams, coordinate required work permits, report incidents and observations, and follow up corrective actions.

ENVIRONMENT

Environmental policy

Organise material handling and waste management, address dust, noise and leaks, and maintain site housekeeping in line with the work and its requirements.

Documentation that supports the work.

The framework brings policies, procedures, forms and correspondence together to organise work and make follow-up traceable.

  • Quality, safety and environmental policies

Define company commitments, responsibilities, and principles for inspection, prevention and environmental protection.

  • Operating procedures manual

Twelve procedures covering planning, document control, materials, risks, inspection, corrective action, training, maintenance and handover.

  • Inspection and documentation forms

Forms for risk assessment, site, material and quality inspections, incident reporting, training records and handover.

  • Internal correspondence and assignments

An internal hub and templates for circulars and assignments, with owners, deadlines, attachments and evidence for closing observations.

From planning to handover.

  1. Review and prepare

Define scope, specifications, responsibilities and site risks.

  2. Execute and inspect

Set inspections and review points, and record observations.

  3. Correct and verify

Record actions and owners, then check close-out evidence.

  4. Hand over and review

Organise handover records, documents and improvement observations.
