Can I submit a maintenance request for a home?

Yes. Choose “Individual”, then the service, city and condition description. A short form for home requests appears.

Can I request a maintenance contract for one facility or several sites?

Yes. Select “Company / facility” and specify facility type, site count and required services to assess a unified scope or a scope for each site.

Must I know the total number of units before requesting a contract?

No. Send the information available; asset inventory and condition assessment can be completed within the requirements study.

Can I send a BOQ or asset list?

Yes. Share a bill of quantities, asset list or site photos via WhatsApp or email, including the facility name and contact number to link files to the request.

How is a maintenance contract priced?

Based on site and asset counts, condition, services, coverage hours, preventive visits, response level and included materials.

Does the facility require a site visit before pricing?

Scope assessment may require a site visit to verify system condition, quantities and operating requirements before quotation approval.
