Equipment supplied by NACE
For an AC unit supplied through NACE, the customer contacts us directly. We coordinate and follow up the warranty claim with the supplier or agent according to the case and warrantor's terms.
For client-supplied equipment, NACE’s installation and service warranty applies, while the equipment warranty remains with the agent or manufacturer under their terms.

His qualifications include a BS in HVAC Design Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology, USA (2019), and SCE Associate Engineer accreditation in HVAC Engineering Technology.
