What does the integrated finishing service include?

The service includes ceramic tiles and flooring, gypsum board and wall works, painting and decorative finishes, and coordination of electrical, plumbing and AC works. Final scope depends on site condition and actual requirements.

How do I request integrated finishing works from NACE — Njoud Alamal Est.?

Send the request description, location and condition photos via WhatsApp; the team will determine whether a visit is needed before proposing the scope.

Is a site inspection required before work begins?

It depends on the type, size and condition of the work. Some requests can be assessed from photos; work involving measurements or faults requires a site inspection.

Area and initial cost calculator.

Start with dimensions and, if available, a unit rate from your quotation to calculate an indicative cost. The calculator supplies no default material or installation prices.

For a rectangle: floor = length × width; walls = 2 × (length + width) × height − openings; flat roof = floor area. Pitched roofs, irregular shapes and structural requirements are outside this calculation.

Enter an allowance if needed; it is not an approved waste factor. The unit rate must match the selected scope. Results exclude tax, fees and any work outside that rate.
