Measurements before installation
Send photos of the door face and edge, its thickness and the current mortise dimensions. The 40/85, 45/85, 50/85 and 60/85 mm mortise options are alternative sizes matched to your door; the package does not contain four locks.

SAR 399 excluding VAT, or SAR 458.85 including 15% VAT. The package includes supply, installation and programming of the promotional handle, user guidance, and warranty as stated in the quotation and invoice.
When the smart handle is supplied and installed together with another Njoud Alamal maintenance service, its price is SAR 299 excluding VAT, or SAR 343.85 including VAT. The other maintenance service is charged separately.
Yes. We offer Tabby, Tamara and Emkan, plus Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard for direct payment. Tabby’s interest-free four-payment plan is subject to order eligibility; the provider confirms the number of payments and any processing or service fees before confirmation. Emkan’s plan differs from the four-payment plan.
Yes. Send photos of the handle lock and door. Our team reviews dimensions and arranges installation, programming and testing. Price depends on model and door-work scope.
The promotional smart handle supports door thicknesses of 35–55 mm, with 40/85, 45/85, 50/85 and 60/85 mm mortise options. Send a photograph of the lock from the door edge and the door thickness; we can help select the correct size.
The promotional handle lock supports fingerprint, PIN, card, Tuya app and key access. Locks with cameras or screens have special supply options under a separate quotation.
The lock runs on batteries, with fingerprint, PIN, card and key available for local entry. WiFi-dependent app functions require network access; we explain their operation at handover.
Keep the spare key in a safe, accessible place. An emergency power port is available depending on the temporarily supplied version; the technician explains its use and battery replacement. The emergency port does not charge the internal AAA batteries.
Yes. We repair loose handles, replace door cylinders and mortise locks, fit standard handles, adjust latches and closure, and inspect door closers when needed.
The complete package includes a warranty; coverage duration and terms are stated in writing in the quotation and invoice before your request is approved.
We serve homes and offices across north, central and south Jeddah. Provide the district and door type to arrange a visit; requests outside Jeddah are coordinated with the team.
